Linda Sheer,
BS, RN, CMTA, is a Registered Nurse
Over thirty years ago, Linda
Sheer BS, RN, CMTA, a long time student of Dr. Ann Wigmore,
author and pioneer in the field of human nutrition and cellular
rejuvenation, began her career in the field of holistic/alternative
medicine.
In the intervening years, Linda
has created natural food and lifestyle programs for people
with chronic illnesses such as cancer, diabetes, autoimmune
diseases, as well as developed programs for individuals who
are simply seeking better health.
Fifteen years ago, she founded the Center
of Awakened Health to realize her vision of health and well-being
for all. |

She has completed numerous certifications
and workshops in nutritional therapy and “natural†medicine, and
has studied with many leaders in the field of nutritional therapy,
some of whom are listed below:
- Licensed, Registered nurse in the States
of Indiana and North Carolina.
- Certificated Metabolic Typing Advisor
(advanced nutrition).
- Advanced Level Quantum Reflex Analysis
(QRA) Practitioner.
- Over 20 years experience as a raw food
chef.
- Student/mentee of Harvey Lisle, author
of "Enlivened Minerals". Nationally known authority
on composting and specialist in testing food for human consumption.
- Four-year internship with Dr. Ann Wigmore,
Founder of Hypocrites Health Institute
- Programs with Gabriel Cousens, MD,
and Bob Marshall, PhD
- Twenty years mentorship in Healing
Touch from Rev Richard Smith.
- Twenty years experience in massage/acupressure/Reiki
therapy.
In addition:
- Former clinical nurse instructor.
- Former Director of Center Operations
for over 30 weight loss medical centers throughout the United
States, and presented national seminars on weight management.
- Experienced Organic gardener and Zen
student

Mary Holmes, PMP, MPM, has a masters degree
in Project Management. Mary has worked extensively with international
organizations in England, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, United
States and many others. She is now completing her MA in Vegan Live-Food
Nutrition from the College of Living Arts, under the guidance of
Gabriel Cousens M.D., M.D.(H)
Today, Mary is combining her considerable
organizational skills with her desire to address the health needs
of the community to insure that COAH maintains the highest possible
standard in health care and education.
